It's time to run through some stretches and exercises in the studio! I put on some opaque black, footless dance tights, a purple leotard, and purple legwarmers. I flow through a variety of exercises and stretches as I listen to music in my ear-buds. Occasionally sighing with relief as I gently push my body.
